Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of user accounts, GRO Health Center systems, and related resources ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination of access and/or legal action.

1. User Accounts & Profiles

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

• You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized persons to access your account.

• All information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete.

• You are solely responsible for any activity undertaken through your account.

2. Accessing Systems, Content, and Resources

​

• Access to GRO Health Center systems, tools, or resources is granted solely for authorized and lawful purposes related to the GRO Health Center’s mission.

• You may view, download, and use content and materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise expressly authorized.

• Unauthorized access, modification, or use of any system, tool, or resource is strictly prohibited.

3. Reverse Engineering and Misuse

• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying structures of any systems, tools, resources, or other proprietary assets of the GRO Health Center.

• You may not use any automated means (including bots, crawlers, or scraping tools) to access or interact with our systems, unless permitted.

4. Registration and Event Participation

• When registering for events, conferences, or activities, you must provide accurate and complete information.

• You must comply with all event rules, guidelines, and codes of conduct as communicated by the GRO Health Center.

• Disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior at any GRO Health Center-facilitated event or activity will result in revocation of participation privileges and may lead to further action.

5. Reviews and Submissions

• Reviews and comments must be truthful, respectful, and must not include defamatory, abusive, or unlawful material.

• The GRO Health Center reserves the right, but not the obligation, to moderate, remove, or edit user submissions.

6. Uploading and Downloading Information

​

• You must not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, contains malicious software, or violates any law or regulation.

• Downloaded materials are provided “as is” and may only be used as authorized by the GRO Health Center.

7. General Restrictions

​

You may not use the GRO Health Center’s Services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or the intellectual property or privacy rights of others

• Transmit unlawful, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable materials

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of GRO Health Center’s systems or networks

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas or information

8. Disclaimers

​

• The GRO Health Center makes no warranties or representations regarding user conduct or content, or any activities, programs, events, or services not directly performed by the GRO Health Center or its authorized personnel acting within the scope of their duties.

• The GRO Health Center is not liable for damages or losses arising from acts or omissions of users or third parties not acting on behalf of the GRO Health Center.

9. Amendments

The GRO Health Center reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By accessing or using any GRO Health Center platforms, systems, events, or resources, you agree to abide by this Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the GRO Health Center’s systems and services.
