Events

All registration fees and ticket purchases for events are non-refundable. Due to the costs incurred in planning, marketing, and hosting events, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in attendance. In rare and exceptional cases, where events are canceled by the organization, a refund or credit toward future events may be provided at our sole discretion.

 

Merchandise

All sales of merchandise are final.

 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. Requests for defective or damaged items must be made within 7 days of receipt and include photographic evidence.

In those cases, we will provide a replacement or credit but do not provide monetary refunds.

 

Donations

Donations to the organization are generally non-refundable. We appreciate your generosity and rely on these contributions to fulfill our mission. Exceptions may be made only in extraordinary circumstances and are subject to approval.

 

If a refund is granted, it will be processed using the same method as the original donation, usually within 30 days of the request.

The organization reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any disputes arising from or related to this policy must be brought exclusively in the courts located in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, and governed by Missouri law.
